In the Beau Lamarre-Condon murder trial, a detective broke down in court while recalling the discovery of victims. The moment drew visible distress from those present. Separately, hundreds gathered at Bondi Beach for a vigil commemorating three years since the Hamas-led attacks of 7 October 2023. The crowd stood in solidarity as the occasion was observed across Sydney.
